These Terms govern your use of AdFeed AI, a Shopify application that generates product data feeds (including Google Shopping feeds) from your store catalog. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We provide tools to prepare and host product feeds and related in-app guidance. You remain responsible for your product data, store policies, and advertising compliance on Google and any other platforms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You have rights to the product content you process through AdFeed AI.
- You will not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited advertising.
- You understand we do not invent GTINs or costs, and we do not guarantee Merchant Center or ad approval.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Generate units and quotas are described in the app and on our pricing section. Unused units do not roll over unless we explicitly say otherwise.
4. Feed URLs
Feed URLs are designed to be fetched by advertising platforms. You choose who you share them with. Misuse of public feed URLs is your responsibility.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or approval by Google.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdFeed AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may uninstall anytime. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
