AdFeed AI (“we”, “us”) is a Shopify application that helps merchants generate advertising-ready Google Shopping data feeds from their Shopify catalog—especially catalogs imported from 1688. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Data we collect

When you install and use AdFeed AI we process only what is needed to run the app:

• Store information: shop domain, shop name, and basic shop settings required for feeds (for example default currency when available).
• Product data: titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants (such as color/size), inventory, product type, and related fields we read to build the feed.
• App settings you enter: for example the ad brand you confirm, market/country selection, and feed image choices.
• Billing: plan and usage information via Shopify Billing when you subscribe.
• Technical logs: limited server logs for security, debugging, and reliability.

We do not require a separate AdFeed customer account. We do not sell personal customer lists. We do not invent barcodes (GTIN) or product cost (COGS).

2. How we use data

• Generate and host product feed files (for example Google XML) for destinations you configure.
• Show in-app quality hints (for example missing color/size when those options exist).
• Operate billing quotas and support your requests.

If you later choose optional connections to advertising platforms inside the app, we may process OAuth tokens and read-only status or metrics you authorize. Those connections are optional and can be disconnected in the app. We do not place bids or create ad campaigns on your behalf.

3. Hosting and sharing

Feed URLs you copy into Google Merchant Center are intentionally fetchable by Google on the schedule you set. Do not treat feed URLs as private documents. We do not sell your store data to third parties for their marketing. We use infrastructure providers as needed to host the app and feeds (processors under contract).

4. Retention and deletion

We keep store and product data while the app is installed and as needed to provide feeds and support. When you uninstall, Shopify sends compliance webhooks (including shop redact). We then delete the shop’s AdFeed data according to Shopify’s requirements, subject to short-term backups and legal obligations.

5. Your choices

• Uninstall the app from Shopify Admin to stop processing.
• Email support@deltfu.com for access, correction, or deletion requests we can fulfill.

6. Children

AdFeed AI is for business merchants, not directed at children under 16.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
